These terms describe use of the ETI website and general conditions that apply before transportation is confirmed.

Website information
Vehicle examples, capacities, service descriptions and coverage information are for planning. Availability, exact vehicle, rate and itinerary requirements must be confirmed for each reservation.
Quotes and confirmations
A website inquiry or quote request is not a confirmed reservation. A trip is confirmed only after ETI or its authorized reservation provider accepts it and communicates the applicable rate and conditions.
Vehicles and affiliates
ETI serves Toronto and the GTA directly and coordinates Canada-wide service through trusted affiliates. A comparable vehicle may be assigned when operationally necessary, subject to confirmed reservation details.
Changes and external services
Cancellation, waiting-time, additional-stop and trip-specific conditions are provided with the quote or confirmation. Online booking is operated through Limo Anywhere, which has its own terms and privacy practices.
